Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

You may request a return, refund, or replacement within 7 days of receiving your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging. Refunds or returns are applicable under the following circumstances:

You received the wrong product.
The product has defects.
The product was damaged during shipping (you may request an exchange at no additional cost or a refund via email).
The product is tampered with.

Please note, that a change of mind is not applicable for returns. A 25% restocking fee applies, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, if you cancel or request a refund for your order for any reason, a transaction fee of 5% will be deducted.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at luxuryparadise00@gmail.com and await our reply. We will provide the address to which the item will be returned for an exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at luxuryparadise00@gmail.com for further assistance.

Sale Items (If Applicable)

All sale items are not eligible for returns and refunds.
